These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of Square Aiport Transfer to its Customers and the nature of the relationship between Square Aiport Transfer and its Customers.
Notwithstanding any other agreements, policies or related documents which these Terms & Conditions reference, Square Aiport Transfer and its Customers agree these Terms & Conditions represent the totality of the relationship between Square Aiport Transfer and its Customers.
The Terms & Conditions herein supersede all previous terms and constitute a legally binding agreement between Square Aiport Transfer and its Customers.
Square Airport Transfer provides chauffeur services for airport transfers and other transportation needs. Our services include but are not limited to booking reservations, scheduling pickups, and providing transportation to and from airports.
a. Booking requests can be made through our Website or by contacting our customer service representatives.
b. All bookings are subject to availability.
c. By making a booking, you agree to provide accurate and complete information, including your contact details, pickup location, and flight information (if applicable).
d. Square Airport Transfer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.
a. Payment for services must be made in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed upon.
b. Prices are subject to change without notice. However, once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change unless there are changes to the itinerary requested by the customer.
c. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, extra stops, tolls, parking fees, or other expenses incurred during the journey.
a. Cancellations made within a specified timeframe (as determined by Square Airport Transfer) may be eligible for a refund, minus any applicable fees.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for booking.
c. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made outside of the specified timeframe, or for no-shows.
a. Changes to bookings, including changes to pickup/drop-off locations or times, must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.
b. Additional charges may apply for changes requested by the customer.
a. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
b. Customers are responsible for being ready for pickup at the designated time and location. Square Airport Transfer will not be liable for any delays or missed flights due to customer tardiness.
c. Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by themselves or their party during the journey.
a. Square Airport Transfer will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the provision of our services, except where such loss, damage, or injury is caused by our negligence.
b. Square Airport Transfer will not be liable for any delays or missed flights due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic conditions, road closures, or adverse weather conditions.
a. Square Airport Transfer respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
a. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
a. The Company will abide by all relevant provisions set out in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 (as incorporated by the Data Protection Act 2018).
b. The Company will present the Customer with a copy of the Company’s Privacy Policy pursuant to Article 12 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679.
c. The Company is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office
If the customer has any complaints regarding our services, the customer is encouraged to inform Square Airport Transfer as soon as possible, but no later than 7 days after the booking.
We guarantee our customers that all their personal data remains safe and private. Any personal data that customers supply to us (Square Airport Transfer) upon booking by app, online, email or phone will be used by Square Airport Transfer in accordance with its privacy policy only.
